I wanted to thank you and your company for turning what began as a disappointment into a fulfilling and wonderful wedding adventure. Our daughter, Jen Eisenbrandt, was excited at the prospect of she and her father riding to the church together in the Bentley that she and groom Matt would cruise around in later in the day. She did not anticipate the torrential downpour nor the disabled Bentley that suddenly changed the mood of the day. Rather than arrive late at the Church of the Resurrection, she and her dad and the photographer squeezed themselves into our Acura and the marriage took place on time.
As the day finished, we were thrilled to know that, not only did you come out personally to repair the Bentley, but another car was dispatched to gather up the bride and groom after the ceremony. Ultimately, they were even able to spend some time inside the rejuvenated Bentley before being brought to the reception.
We appreciate your dedication to providing us with the best service you could and making our special day a success.
