But when I called Pech, a very nice girl assured me that everything will work out and it did. I just want to commend that girl, and our driver, Monty, for a memorable experience.

Just a quick note to say that we appreciated your service and advice. Keith was an outstanding driver, he was at the airport waiting on us, got us to the hotel and then to the game in plenty of time. We were worried that we might be late, but Keith got us there with time to spare. He was also our driver on the return trip to the airport and again did a great job. If I am ever back in the KC area I will definitely use you guys and will recommend you to anyone going to KC. Again thanks for helping to make our annual road trip a success.

Slawik, FYI, this is a vacation trip so Liz and Ted will be going with me. I thought I would mention it since the last few vacation trips with the increased amount of luggage were a surprise to the driver. I also wanted to mention how great Bill has been over the last several years. He typically draws the early morning airport runs from my house and it is always a pleasure. Ted, who is now 4, always asks if Bill is coming to pick me up when I am leaving for a business trip. Ted is always reassured when I say yes.....
And unfortunately I can't recall his name at the moment, but the driver from Tulsa has been great on several recent trips from the airport home. It just so happens that he is from the same part of rural Oklahoma where I grew up. It is always nice to see a friendly face when I return from a long business trip to the Philippines or some other remote locale. - lance
