My favorite thank-you note was received in the form of a Christmas card - 1954 Bentley on 10-13-2001 (I drove):

I wanted to thank you so much for the wonderful service you provided for my son and new daughter-in-law. They really enjoyed the ride and service the attendent gave them. Everyone at the reception were all jealous and happy at the same time. Again thank you so much and I will keep your company in mind for the future for me and my friends.

I just wanted to send a thanks to you guys for the excellent service you provided for our wedding and reception. Our driver, Erin, was on time, friendly, knew exactly where she was going, and was just a wonderful driver. The car and the champagne were wonderful. We will definitely use your company again.

Me and my wife rented your 1963 Bentley for out wedding last night. The car broke down twice on our way to our destination. In spite of this we had a great time and the driver was nice. I shared the sparkling wine bottle that the driver gave us with the rest of the wedding party and everyone enjoyed it better than our rare vintage louis roederer cristal champagne that we served at the reception! She did not anticipate the torrential downpour nor the disabled Bentley that suddenly changed the mood of the day. Rather than arrive late at the Church of the Resurrection, she and her dad and the photographer squeezed themselves into our Acura and the marriage took place on time.

As the day finished, we were thrilled to know that, not only did you come out personally to repair the Bentley, but another car was dispatched to gather up the bride and groom after the ceremony. Ultimately, they were even able to spend some time inside the rejuvenated Bentley before being brought to the reception.
