I want to thank you for playing a big part in the New Years of 20 people.  I am in the Customer Service business as well and that makes us the most criticle sometimes about service however you have been great at working with me to ensure needs were met also Tim our Driver he knew the fastest was to get it done.  His driving was spot on and not rushed or anything.  The limo was clean as a new car and was just what we wanted.  Thanks so much for Comping the 3 bottles we didn't have to wait long but thanks for that!

My husband, son & I were in Kansas City for the Chiefs/Packers game this past weekend.  We didn't want to do any driving since we've never been to KC before, so we hired your company to get us to and from the game.  Michael was our driver and I can not speak highly enough of him.  He arrived to our hotel on time, and from the moment he greeted us, he was so very kind, courteous, professional and personable.
 
He was so easy to talk to and was able to give us some very interesting information about Kansas City, the restraurants, landmarks, attractions, oh the list goes on and on.  He was so easy to talk to- I felt like I had known him for years.  He made the time waiting in traffic fly by.  I just can not tell you how pleased we were with his service.  Many times it feels very awkward when you are in someone else's vehicle and there isn't much conversation, but this was not the case with Michael.  He's a really great person and an asset to your company. 
 
If we are ever in the Kansas City area again, and after all the wonderful information Michael gave us about places to visit, I'm sure we will visit again, I will be calling Pech Limousine to take care of getting us to our destinations.

Plaza Lights Tour 12-01-2011 - Mike M. in the 14 Passenger SUV

Hi,

We had our limo ride through the plaza last night.  I wanted to tell you that by far it was the best one we've done.  The driver was friendly, he stopped so we could walk around crown center for a few minutes, and the ride home was awesome!  He went through a few neighborhoods and when we came down the hill we had an awesome view of the plaza.  When we headed back to Olathe he went a scenic route instead of just getting back on the highway.  We have
done this the past few years through Pech and this was by far the best one.

We look forward to another trip next year and hope that we have the same
great experience!

Hello to all at Pech Limousine,

I received this handwritten thank you from Mary Haggard whom you recently gave a lovely discount on limo service so that she could go and see George Strait in concert.  I wanted to transcribe it so that I can share with you.  The following is a letter from Mary our 89 year old dreamer that wanted to see George Strait and ride in limo.  She has never been to a concert or ridden in a limo.  She was tickled as you will see from her lette

"I am so happy, overjoyed and enthused with my dream being fulfilled.  Thank you so much for providing someone as old as I am to see George Strait in concert.

The limo ride was out of this world and the "red carpet” was rolled out just for me!  I was “in a dream”

George looked just as I expected and acted that way too, had to take out my hearing aid, didn’t need it.  The seats were perfect.  Can’t find the words to express the care that was given us.  Everything was perfect.  I’ll relive this experience for a long time.  Each day I think of something different.  Still seems like a dream.

Wanted to pop in and say THANK YOU for the wonderful limo and services Monday night for dinner and the John Mayer concert!!! My family and I had a fabulous time! The limo was gorgeous, very comfortable, and MORE than we expected for the evening. Our driver Bob was professional, timely and fun!! We will refer future friends to Pech Limo for their transportation needs. On a side note, I require knee surgery in April. It's been a bit uncomfortable to walk, so the timing for the limo was PERFECT for this event! It enabled me not to walk as far, and that was greatly appreciated as well.

This is the 2nd time I have used Pech Limo in the past few months.  Our first was a 10 passenger limo for the Holidays.  It was a perfect experience.
Recently, my friends and I planned a Bachelorette Party for a friend.  We all knew we would be drinking so we did not want to drive home.  We called the local cab companies and obtained rates.  The rate for the cab would have equated to over $100.  We determined it would be too much  money for a CAB, so we decided on having a designated driver.  We all wanted to PARTY and nobody wanted to be the DD.  It was at that time, I recalled the fact you have Town Cars.  It was then I contacted you and was given the rate that was much more COST EFFECTIVE than a CAB.  I couldn't believe we saved $ AND rode in style while arriving home safe and sound.  In addition, we had the BEST experience ever with our driver Gabriel.  He was so nice AND FUN! 
Thank you so much for an UNFORGETTABLE experience.  I can honestly say I will NEVER use another company other than PECH Limo.

Which brings me to my next point.  I'm getting married on May 19th and wanted to see what Bentley's you had available that day.  The pics of those cars on your website look awesome.  The wedding begins at 2:00 and I think we would need the car to take us to our hotel by around 4:30.  The wedding and reception are at The Villa and we'll likely stay at the Hotel Raphael.  So not a far drive but a classy pickup nonetheless.
