Nader Aldewick

This is a family business, so don't expect any confusion over which dispatcher or secretary you talked to.  If you talked to Nader, you spoke with the owner, and I will remember you (or I will at least try).  If you have a favorite driver, I will try to make sure that you will get the same driver again.  If you have a concern, don't be afraid to bring it to my attention. I personally vouch for your satisfaction.

Other Service Pointers, Terms and Conditions:


For both your and our assurance, all our cars are insured under a comprehensive $1,500,000 liability coverage with Northland Commercial Insurance. The 26-passenger stretch SUV carries a $5,000,000 policy. All of our insurance, including worker's compensation and liability on our buildings, is managed through the Sloan Agency, 816-531-3680.
Confirmations for reservations are sent via e-mail. If you did not receive one, please call our office. Please look over the details carefully.  Misunderstandings can happen and will sometimes have momentous effects. It is the client's responsibility to make sure that a confirmation showing the correct date, time and place was received!! 
We cannot guarantee availability for a particular vehicle beyond what the original confirmation states; if you require timing changes, etc. please notify us ASAP to increase the chance that the vehicle is still open for the new time frame.

Deposits


Deposits are generally required for stretch limousine service (almost never for sedan reservations / airport transfers). The deposit is $100 or 50% of the total, whichever is less. However, if the total amount eventually due for a reservation exceeds $500, a $200 deposit is required. For out-of-town reservations involving drive time, we will also need to charge for the latter in advance. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if a customer cancels the reservation - we may elect to issue a service credit for future use based on individual factors.

Cancellations


Airport transportation service can be cancelled by phone up to 2 hours (24 hours by e-mail) prior to the reserved time without penalty. If changes or a cancellation are required closer than 2 hours prior to any reservation, the full charge that appears on the confirmation applies.  Charter and stretch limo reservations cancelled with less than two hours notice are subject to full charges. Remember, deposits are always non-refundable (see above paragraph).      

Special Requests


Our wedding reservations always deserve a complimentary bottle of Champagne, red carpet, and "Just Married" sign. Please ask to have "wedding package" or "Champagne" noted on the reservation, or the driver will not know to ascertain that he has everything with him. 

Payment


Drivers are not allowed to ask for payment on wedding reservations. It is the clients' responsibility to make sure that we get paid, in other words, please update old credit card information that we may have on file, and if you pay by cash or check, have someone hand it to the driver without being prompted. It is not professional for the driver to have to ask for payment. 

Miscellaneous Regulations / Procedures


We do not tolerate any illegal activities in our cars. These would include (but are not limited to) the usage of any kind of drugs, as well as underage alcohol consumption. We cannot check identification.  However, if the driver acts upon suspicion and finds evidence of such behavior, the rental is instantly terminated and a full charge for the original reservation assessed.

Our cars are non-smoking. Drivers are accommodating of smoking guests by allowing for smoking stops.

If someone gets sick in the car and a clean-up is required, the charge is $250. Since every penny of that goes to the driver as he is responsible for cleaning it, we require that fee to be paid in cash. The alternate option is for the client to organize an immediate clean-up him/herself. If the car is not ready for usage soon after,  much greater losses can accrue.
