Donations

Pech Limousine, Inc. accepts donation requests on a monthly basis. As we have kept our rates the same ever since the business started 10 years ago, the increased cost of operation (just gas, as an example, went up 200% during that time) gives us very little profit to spare. Thus we decided to limit our donations to two per month.

To facilitate the process and make it fair for everyone who approaches us, submissions must be received at least one month prior to the event where service or a certificate is needed. We only accept e-mailed requests. After the 25th of each month, we read all requests, and choose the best two for the following month. Every request will be considered, but to have a good chance of accepted it helps that the beneficiary is a registered non-profit organization (501.c3) and that the mission is educational, humanitarian, or conservationist in nature. Please include whom the donation will benefit, in which way, and any information on the organizer (websites, mission statements, etc.).

The winning submissions will be notified by e-mail and receive a certificate or a confirmation for our service once we are supplied with all the details for the reservations needed. The basic guidelines for donated services are:

  • generally our classic cars and SUV limos are not available for donated services

  • we will not allow donated services to be scheduled on Saturdays or certain peak dates, like New Year

  • the driver's gratuity is always excluded (suggested at about $20/hr)
